The application had two open connections, including one to a remote host to which it was attempting to reconnect after I put the computer to sleep.

Tried to switch to a new different table on a remote server after the computer having been asleep all night.
Clicked on another table after the app had been idle for a few hours.
Tried to rename one line
it quit during upload of csv import on a remote connection in a tab
While connected, suspend the Macbook. After reopening the Macbook, refresh the current table data. Sequel asks for 'Reconnect' or 'Retry'. Click 'Reconnect'. Crash.
Export a database of about 250MB with a search_index table (Drupal)

internet connection got reset, sequel pro can't handle a reset it seems
Sequel pro is connected to a remote server when I put it to sleep. When my Mac woke up from Sleep, SequelPro Crashed. This never happened with the previous version of SequelPro.
try to image a csv, with linebreak - classic mac (cr) and encoding UTF8
i tried doing a mysql dump of my entire database and it sat and wouldnt continue
changed network connection while ssh was connected, disconnected from vpn, changed from airport to ethernet, connected to vpn -- I expected Sequel Pro to balk at that, would've closed it first if I'd noticed it was open

Try re-run query it bombed :(
I had two instances of Sequel Pro open.
The first one was connected to my localsystem
The second was connected to a remote server (Ubuntu 9.10)
I rebooted the server without closing the connection.
I was prompted to 'reconnect' to the remote server a couple of times and clicked 'reconnect' but it wasn't successful either time.
Went back to edit something locally and that's when the crash happened.

was running a query (through an ssh tunnel) and had to go in powersave. When I plugged the laptop, the thing was still spinning but crashed a few seconds later.

Changing databases
lost connection during table import
spontaneous crash
AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suspended my laptop and reconnected at a different wifi-location (new IP-address). I then tried to look at a database table. I didn't expect it to work, but I hoped for a dialog about connection close with option to reconnect instead of a crash.
importing database to remote mysql server connected via ssh
Started to import a previous SQL export (export a SQL dump from Sequel Pro) over an SSH tunnel connection.
Sequel pro had just started, i had connected to a bookmarked database then clicked on a table name to view it.
Had four windows open, and two them had the "connection lost" sheet open. I went to each window and hit "Reconnect".
trying to "reconnect" - this hasn't worked for many months
unknown ca
I was running a query that did not complete, so I quit. It was unable to quit nicely so it quit "unexpectedly"...
reconnected
started the application
I've changed collation, from within a phpMyAdmin session, for the database currently selected in Sequel Pro. Then I've chosen a different database from Sequel Pro's "Choose Database..." popup menu

I was sorting a medium size table (2 million rows) with a binary column for a primary key.

Tried to reconnect. I'm blaming it on Comcast.
Table update
trying to delete a bunch of rows (~30,000 real estate listings)
Retrieving rows from a large table was taking too much time, so I decided to stop it.
Open a database table.
Selected a table in a remote database, connected via SSH
internet connection lost while trying to connect to sql via ssh
was doing a search for a unique id
cancel reconnection
I was logged in to the MySQL server using an SSH connection. We have possibly 150 databases running on this server. I opened a database for one particular client, examined several of the tables, and then wanted to switch to another database in the same client account. As soon as I switched to the second DB, the application crashed.
I was exporting a big set of data (using export menu function, then mysqlDump and I selected only one big log table) on a remote server (ssh connection).
In the middle of the export, I hit the cancel button : spinning wheel then crashed.

external hard drive had to startup before I could switch tables. Sequel must have thought it was crashing and so it crashed?

Switched from one database to another using the "Choose Database..." dropdown
tried to export an sql table sans delete and create

Switched from query to table

Quit during a running query
importing 1400000 rows
I opened the app and connected to a MySQL 5.1 server on my MacBook Pro (connected via WiFi though an Airport Extreme). I then left the window alone for a few hours during a meeting. Came back, chose the database I wanted, and boom.
ran query
Sitting here watching some ssh sessions. Previously ran 2 very simple queries.
remove table column in strcuture
just switched back and forth between windows a couple times, wasn't doing anything but looking at data
Ordinary queries
The machine had slept with a connection up - I hit refresh on a table to see some changes and it crashed
exporting from a remote database to my local filesystem -- logged in through ssh to that server -- love your product though, really, its awesome
I tried to switch off filter in the content table to see all records and then the app crushed
Couldn't connect, pressed "Retry" on the no-connection-popup, waited, opened a new window and connected there, closed the bad window

open database
Clicked on a table
switched databases
Load table structure
System lost connection, sequel pro dialog displayed to 'reconnect' which I did, then it crashed.
Filtered a table on a foreign key
Connection difficulties when SSH tunneling.
tried to load a new table on a remote SSH connection
Switching to Content view from Structure view, thats all!
I opened two windows at same time and connected to same database

dont really remeber sorry!
Tried loading a large-ish table.
running a simple query
alt-click to a table name
Exporting a table from a remote schema
Reconnecting failed. I had it connected from work, then tried to reconnect from home. That's when the crashed happened. After the crash, I simply relaunched the app, and connected without problem. This reconnection problem has happened a number of times in the past - though sometimes the cursor/timer just spins forever. By the way, this app is AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
ran query
Ran the following on a lark as a test:
SELECT MD5('THINGS AND MORE THINGS')
SELECT MD5('THINGS AND MORE THINGS')
